I am so hyper right now it isn't even funny. Lol And my tounge is blue. 
Well anyway my friend told me what a Kiriban was and I think That I want to do one. 
Whoever catches 3,000 Kiriban I will draw them their character
or one of my characters 
or one from a show,
and send it to them through email or anyway they want. So the rules are as follows...:
